Krispy Kreme is giving out free donuts to celebrate World Kindness Day.
The first 500 people to visit participating Krispy Kreme locations on Monday, Nov. 13 will receive a dozen free original glazed donuts to inspire and enable kindness to others, the company announced Wednesday.
Donut lovers can claim the free treat without making a purchase.
“World Kindness Day is an opportunity to make a positive difference by being generous – from paying it forward to meaningfully connecting with each other. Simple gestures of caring and thanks, including sharing a sweet treat, is a great way to do that,” Global Chief Brand Officer Dave Skena said in the announcement.
Skena hopes that a dozen Original Glazed doughnuts, one doughnut for you and many to share with others, will inspire millions of small acts of kindness.
Other Krispy Kreme locations around the world will offer a similar deal on World Kindness Day to inspire people to connect with each other and share kindness through warm, deliciously sweet bread.
All you have to do is visit a Krispy Kreme in your city and receive the love.
What’s the fall donut lineup at Krispy Kreme?
Glad you asked.
Krispy Kreme is introducing three new donut flavors to the “Flavors of Fall” donut collection to celebrate the “season’s special moments,” the company said.
All of the donuts, including new flavors like caramel pecan brownie, classic blackberry crisp and cinnamon latte lover will be available for purchase through Thanksgiving.
Only participating Krispy Kreme locations across the country will have the donuts that belong to the “Flavors of Fall” collection. The donuts are available for purchase in-person, pickup, or for delivery on the Krispy Kreme app and website.
The pumpkin spice cake donut and spiced apple donut will also be available in an assorted Krispy Kreme six pack delivered daily to select U.S. grocery stores, according to the company.
Here’s the lineup:
- Caramel Pecan Brownie: An original glazed donut that has been dipped in brownie batter icing and topped with candied fall pecans and a salted caramel drizzle
- Pumpkin Spice Cake: A glazed old-fashioned pumpkin spice cake donut
- Cinnamon Latte Lover: A donut dipped in cinnamon icing and topped with a dollop of cinnamon latte buttercream and an autumnal leaf candy piece
- Spiced Apple Filled: A donut tossed in cinnamon sugar with apple cider flavored filling
- Blackberry Crisp Filled: A donut with blackberry filling that has been dipped in cinnamon icing and topped with granola
- Chocolate Iced with Autumn Sprinkles: An original glazed donut that has been dipped in chocolate icing and topped with an autumn sprinkle blend
